Lindsay Hooper, Executive Director, Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL)
Over 20 years at the leading edge of business and sustainability, Lindsay has led significant growth and innovation in the CISL education and advisory services, including expansion into new international markets, development of new products and services to support businesses to embed sustainability across the organisation. Prior to CISL, Lindsay worked in economic consultancy and served as Director of Studies in a financial services think tank, Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation.
Zoisa Walton, CEO, Octopus Energy for Business (OEB)
Launched in 2018, OEB powers 20,000 UK businesses with 100% green electricity and continues to grow. Prior to OEB, Zoisa was the UK MD of the Dutch Utility, Eneco B.V. At Eneco, Zoisa helped grow the UK's renewable asset portfolio which consisted of more than 250MW of wind and solar projects - Eneco UK supplied blue chip companies such as Mars, Unilever, Heineken and AkzoNobel with 100% renewable electricity.

Bridgid brings 20 years of broadcast experience to her role as a host for this live broadcast. Bridgid has presented Channel 4 News and ITV News and is now Director of Media Training at PA Media.
Julie Hirigoyen, CEO, UK Green Building Council (UKGBC)
Julie joined UKGBC as CEO in 2015, and has since been credited with transforming its strategy into a more member-focused, holistic sustainability agenda with a strong focus on impact measurement. Julie is a Commissioner on the London Sustainable Development Commission, Chairs the Igloo Footprint Advisory Board, and sits on both the Green Construction Board and Grimshaw's Stewardship Group. Julie was named one of three best persons of the decade by Property Week in December 2019. Julie was previously UK Head of Sustainability and International Director at JLL.
Scott Barton, Managing Director, Corporate & Institutional Coverage, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking
Scott joined Lloyds Bank in 2017, leading the Mid Markets, Large Corporates and now the Corporate & Institutional Coverage (CIC) business. CIC is a corporate and financial institutional coverage and structured finance business. It has a presence in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia and the business leads with a sector and relationship focus. Scott is also the sustainability lead for the Commercial division. Prior to joining Lloyds Bank, Scott was Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Europe for Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), which he joined in 2013. Prior to SCB, Scott spent 20 years at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he was a member of the Group Management Committee, and Co-CEO International Banking.
