Scott Barton, Managing Director, Corporate & Institutional Coverage, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking
Scott joined Lloyds Bank in 2017, leading the Mid Markets, Large Corporates and now the Corporate & Institutional Coverage (CIC) business. CIC is a corporate and financial institutional coverage and structured finance business. It has a presence in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia and the business leads with a sector and relationship focus. Scott is also the sustainability lead for the Commercial division. Prior to joining Lloyds Bank, Scott was Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Europe for Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), which he joined in 2013. Prior to SCB, Scott spent 20 years at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he was a member of the Group Management Committee, and Co-CEO International Banking.
Jeavon Lolay, Head of Economics and Markets Insight, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking
Jeavon manages the Economics & Market Insights team, primarily focusing on the UK and global developments that impact major financial markets. The team communicates the views of the bank externally, both through regular written commentary and formal presentations. Jeavon regularly presents at events across the UK and internationally.
George Feiger, Dean of Aston Business School
Professor George Feiger is Pro-Vice Chancellor of Aston University and Executive Dean of the College of Business and Social Sciences, embracing Aston Business School, Aston Law School and the School of Social Sciences and Humanities. Prior to August 2020 he was Executive Dean of Aston Business School.
Clive Hickman, Chief Executive, Manufacturing Technology Centre
Clive has been CEO of the MTC since it was founded in 2010. He has recently chaired the Midlands Manufacturing Resilience Commission and won the Institute of Directors Chair’s Award for Excellence and Board Practice for the West Midlands in 2020. On the international stage, Clive now represents the UK Research Technology Organisation community on the Board of the European Association of RTOs.
Andrew Elsby-Smith, MSc FCCA FRSA, Group Finance Director & Vice President International Operations, Amtico International
Andrew is Group Finance Director & Vice President International Operations at Amtico International. He joined Amtico, the luxury flooring manufacturer headquarters in Coventry, in 2008.
His career has largely been spent in international, premium branded, product companies. Andrew’s formative years were spent at Michelin Tyre PLC where he qualified as an accountant. Following this he moved to Waterford Wedgwood PLC spending 10 years as Finance Director. Moving into the world of private equity, Andrew then became CFO of a Foodservice business ahead of joining Amtico International.
