Ian is the Group's IBOR Transition Director, responsible for the overall transition programme. He is a member of the UK Working Group on Sterling Risk-Free Reference Rates, has served on a number of Task Forces and has been Deputy Chairman of the London Money Market Association for over 15 years.
Gaj Mahadevan, Economics and Market Insight Strategist, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking
Gaj is a Strategist within the Economics and Market Insight team. He joined Lloyds Banking Group in the midst of the Eurozone Debt Crisis, and has a range of market experiences, including in Economic Research, FX Structuring and Trading and Macro Strategy. His primary areas of expertise include macroeconomics and foreign exchange.

Bridgid brings 20 years of broadcast experience to her role as a host for this live broadcast. Bridgid has presented Channel 4 News and ITV News and is now Director of Media Training at PA Media.
Heather Pilley, Benchmarks Policy Manager, Financial Conduct Authority
Heather works on Markets and Wholesale Policy, within the Strategy and Competition Division of the FCA. Currently focusing on both benchmarks and margin for OTC derivatives. Before joining the FCA/FSA, Heather was in private practice in London as a derivatives/finance lawyer.
Natasha Vowles, Head of Treasury - Funding, Tesco
Natasha joined the Tesco Treasury team in 2016 and has been Head of Treasury - Funding since February 2019. As Head of Funding she has responsibility for external funding, managing Tesco's relationships with banks, credit rating agencies and debt investors. Prior to Tesco she worked in Treasury & Corporate Financing in the energy sector.
